1. Data controller

2. Data collected and purposes

We only collect the data necessary for the purposes described below. We do not collect any sensitive data.

Required form fields are marked as such; all others are optional.

3. Data recipients

Your data is intended for JUVÉNILE (authorized personnel only). It is never sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

We use the following providers, who act as data processors on our behalf:

• MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, J. Basanavičiaus g. 15, LT-03108 Vilnius, Lithuania): sending our emails, managing the newsletter and forms. Data hosted within the European Union.
• Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland): website hosting. Switzerland benefits from an adequacy decision by the European Commission guaranteeing an equivalent level of protection.

4. Transfers outside the European Union

Our main tools (MailerLite, Infomaniak) host your data within the European Union or in Switzerland (a country recognized as adequate).

The site also links to our social media accounts (Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn). If you click these links or interact with these platforms, your data is processed by their respective operators (Meta Platforms, Microsoft) under their own privacy policies, which may involve a transfer outside the EU governed by the mechanisms provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses, Data Privacy Framework).

5. Retention periods

• Contact requests / prospects: up to 3 years from our last exchange.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe, then deleted within a reasonable timeframe.
• Questionnaire / business relationship: for the duration of the relationship, then 3 years for prospecting purposes.
• Cookies: maximum lifespan of 13 months (see §6).
• Accounting and contractual documents: in accordance with applicable legal retention periods.

6. Cookies

A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website.

The site may use:

• cookies strictly necessary for its operation, which do not require your consent;
• where applicable, audience measurement, social media, or tracking cookies, which are only placed after you have given your consent.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (“Informatique et Libertés”), you have the following rights:

• right of access to your data;
• right to rectification;
• right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
• right to restriction of processing;
• right to object, in particular to marketing communications;
• right to data portability;
• right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before such withdrawal;
• right to set guidelines for what happens to your data after your death.

To exercise these rights, write to us at bonjour@mongalet.fr (or by post to our registered office address). We may ask you for proof of identity in the event of reasonable doubt. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every email.

9. Complaints
